I, the artist, retain all the intellectual property rights to all of my artworks, including: reproduction, distribution, control over derivative works, public performance and moral rights such as distribution,
I retain the display rights, meaning I'm allowed to promote the artworks on all platforms, use it as a sample, and show the process of making the artworks on any websites or platforms, unless previously agreed otherwise.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission without obligation of justification.
I hold the copyright to my artworks only, the copyright of the characters involved remain intact to the respective owners.
You CANNOT cancel the commission after i have sent the sketch, if you want to cancel you have to pay 50% of the final prices
You CANNOT alter/modify my artworks under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed upon.
You are allowed to post the commission publicly anywhere with my signature, watermark or the correct citation to me, the artist, unless otherwise agreed upon.
You CANNOT claim my artworks as your own.
You CANNOT copy or trace my artworks under any circumstances.
You CANNOT use my artwork for any Artificial intelligence or AI related activity under any circumstances.
You CANNOT use my artwork for any NFT ( Non Fungible Token ) related activity under any circumstances.

CHARACTER:
- About the number of characters: Maximum 3 characters in 1 picture.
- The price of the 2nd character or more = +80%
- Size: size depends on the characteristics of the object in the picture, size 8000x8000 or less, RGB color , 300dpi.
- I will draw: OC , Fanart , Couple , NSFW content, Types of creatures imaginary but still in human form.
- I do NOT draw: old people, animals, furry, I will refuse requests that are beyond my ability.
BACKGROUND :
- Detail BG: 60$+
objects that are close to the character (im still learning perspective , my perspective ability is suck)
-Simple BG : 5$~20$ (if it's simple, I will draw it for free)
AGREEMENT :
-Please credit the source when reup the Commission in other places
-Once I have received your request, I will send the sketch to you, if you accept the draft, please advance 100% of the final agreed price, then I will continue the work.
-I will update the painting progress for you if you need it.
-I will send the original file with layers if you request.
-I will edit the sketch up to 3 times, when I have colored and modified the color tone (without using Gradient) and BG, you need to pay 70% of the original price.
